Verh Ltd (“Verh”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is responsible for the personal information described in this notice and acts as the data controller for that information.

2. The information we collect

Depending on how you use the website, we may collect:

• Early access information, such as your first name, email address and postcode.
• Contact information and the content of messages you send to us.
• Technical information, such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages and basic server or security logs generated when you use the website.
• Marketing preferences, including whether you have asked to receive or stop receiving updates from us.

Please do not send us sensitive personal information through the early access form or general website contact routes unless we specifically ask for it.

• manage the Verh early access list and contact you about testing, launch timing and relevant product updates;
• respond to enquiries and provide information you request;
• operate, protect and improve the website and our services;
• understand demand for Verh, including the geographic spread of early access registrations;
• prevent misuse, investigate technical or security issues and maintain appropriate records; and
• comply with legal, regulatory and accounting obligations.

• Steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, where you ask us for information about future Verh services or access.

5. Early access and email communications

When you register for early access, we will use the details you provide to administer that registration and contact you about Verh early access and launch. We may also send closely related updates that a person registering for early access would reasonably expect.

Where required by law, broader promotional marketing will only be sent with appropriate consent. You can ask us to stop sending marketing at any time using the unsubscribe option in an email, where provided, or by contacting us.

6. Who we share information with

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited personal information with trusted service providers where this is necessary to run Verh, including website hosting, form processing, cloud infrastructure, email delivery, security and professional advisers.

The Verh website is currently built and hosted using Webflow. Information submitted through Webflow forms may be processed and stored by Webflow on our behalf. If we introduce additional email, analytics or customer management providers, they may also process relevant information for us under appropriate contractual terms.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our legal rights, or as part of a genuine corporate transaction such as an investment, reorganisation or sale, subject to appropriate safeguards.

7. International transfers

Some of our technology providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where personal information is transferred internationally, we will use an approved legal mechanism or other appropriate safeguard as required by UK data protection law.

8. How long we keep information

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including legal, accounting, security and dispute-resolution requirements.

Early access details will be reviewed periodically. Where someone no longer wishes to hear from us, or where the information is no longer needed, we will delete or anonymise it unless we need to retain a limited record for legal or suppression purposes. As a general rule, inactive early access records will not be kept indefinitely.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information against accidental loss, misuse, unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure. No online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so please use care when deciding what information to send online.

10. Cookies and similar technologies

The website may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for core site functionality, security and form operation. At the date of this notice, Verh is not intentionally using non-essential advertising or behavioural tracking cookies on the website.

If we introduce analytics, advertising or other non-essential tracking that requires consent, we will provide appropriate information and consent controls and update this notice where necessary.

Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law may give you the right to:

The Verh website and early access programme are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the early access form.

We may update this privacy notice as Verh develops, for example when we add new website features, service providers, analytics or the Verh app. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date.
